RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Online Returns

No questions asked returns on all full priced online orders. You must notify REVIE via  email info@revie.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order. Goods must then be sent  within 7 days of the original delivery date and tracking forwarded via email to info@revie.co.nz.

If we are not notified regarding your return or goods are not sent within this period you will be issued an online store credit note only excluding shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Orders are to be returned in the original packaging to ensure goods are protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product. Any returns that are damaged, may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.

We recommend using a tracked and signed courier service for all returns.

Sale items can be returned for exchange or online store credit note only.

Jewellery

Jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase please email us at info@revie.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.  We are happy to send out a new item of your choosing free of charge, however if you need to make any additional exchanges we ask that you bare all further postage charges. 

LayBuy

Items purchased using online Laybuy cannot be returned for a refund but can be returned for an exchange or an online credit.

 

Please Note:

Our online policy does differ from our in-store policy. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Any shipping paid is non-refundable.
